MODEL RELEASE

Copyright: I acknowledge that images and/or video created by Sarah Sovereign Photography remain copyright and property of Sarah Sovereign Photography. I agree that images may not be edited or altered by MODEL, including via filters or through apps, and digital files are released to the MODEL for personal use only. Written permission from Sarah Sovereign Photography must be obtained prior to any sales, publications or contest entries made with the images. Images may be used in professional portfolios, and/or sharing on social media but must include credit, either in text and/or link/tag to the photographer (Sarah Sovereign) Instagram @sarahsovereign, website (www.sarahsovereign.com).

Editing Time: I understand that editing can take up to 8 weeks, and may take longer for Trade/Time for Print work.

Release: I grant unrestricted, irrevocable permission to Sarah Sovereign Photography to use, display, publish, print and exhibit images and/or video taken of me, or of a minor of whom I am a parent/legal guardian. Permission may include, but is not is limited to, photographic competitions, the Internet, mixed media artworks, stock photography, client commissions, art gallery exhibitions. I release all claims to any profits that may arise from these endeavours, and hereby release Sarah Sovereign Photography and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability in relation to said photographs/video/works. I understand that creative sessions may include additional photographers and that this model release covers all images taken during that session time - including those taken by additional photographers. I understand that Sarah Sovereign will send out the images she has taken, but has no control over release of images between MODEL and additional photographers.

The Photographer (Sarah Sovereign) and licensees or assignees may have unrestricted use of these for whatever purpose, including advertising, with any retouching or alteration without restriction. If the shoot is for specific businesses/vendors/Sarah Sovereign Photography run events, I understand and agree that the business, event and/or vendor may use chosen images in advertisement, portfolio, and promotion (or more).

Minors: I understand that minors (under the age of 18) require a parent/guardian to be on site during the shoot.

Safety: I understand that if I feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any point in the shoot I can come to Sarah at any time. Your safety and comfort are important!

I have read this model release form carefully and fully understand its meanings and implications.

A note about Trade for Print work: When images are delivered, I typically try and send out a list of all the vendors/contributors, and tag according to this list when applicable. Please let me know if I have included an incorrect tag, or have tagged a personal account instead of a professional one.
