Starting at $1000.00 Package includes: A pre-shoot meeting to plan / meet the team, professional hair and makeup services, a five hour session, high quality, high resolution photographs for printing, posting and advertisement. FAQ What should I wear for my photo shoot? Whatever you wear make sure it's something you feel fabulous in! If you are posing for group photographs, try and find a common shade or complimentary tone that works with everyone. Try different shades of blue, complimentary colour patterns, or even all black! Sometimes it's also great to bring along a couple different options for quick changes. When should I pay for my shoot? All payment is required on the day of shooting at the beginning of your session. In some cases, Sarah Sovereign Photography reserves the right to request a non-refundable $100 deposit prior to the shoot. How long does it take you to edit the photos? How much editing do you do? Editing of photos can take anywhere from a few weeks to two months, depending on the volume of photographs taken and current workload. A few days after your shoot, I will post a sneak peek so you can take a look! As soon as the photos are ready, I will burn them dvd and either send them via mail (if it's a travel shoot) or meet with you and hand over 20-25 lovely images! Editing-wise, I mainly focus on tone, colour, contrast, etc. I do a very minimal amount of airbrushing. *Please note, editing times for memory books will take longer depending on volume and design. Do you do weddings? At this time, I don't offer wedding photography, however I do offer creative, fun, and awesome engagement photography! Also, guess what? I'm getting married in 2012! As such, I'm offering $40.00 off every engagement shoot in 2012. Spots are limited, contact me for more information! Do you have professional training in photography? What do you shoot with? I am a fourth year fine arts university student with a background in film school. I shoot with a Canon 7d, whom I LOVE. Do you use lighting equipment? I mainly work with natural light photography, although I have been known to break out a lighting kit or two when needed. I'm currently working on building my own studio space. If outdoor conditions allow, I will use additional outdoor lighting equipment. What happens if we're rained out? If unfortunate weather {heavy rain or snow} arises (sad face) we can either find a suitable indoor location (with enough light) or I will happily reschedule your shoot to the next available time slot. Where else would I have seen your work? I made the bookmarks for local awesome secondhand bookstore The Book Man, as well as a bevy of other photographs for ad campaigns, etc. I work frequently with (and am a proud member of) The Chilliwack Player's Guild. I have also worked with Bootstrap Theatre and Secondary Characters. On the day of the photo shoot, you will receive: a standard contract outlining the photography rights, an invoice, and a sheet outlining your shoot and the type of package you've purchased. Your sneak peek will be live on the facebook page within a week of the shoot, and fully edited images will be given to you on dvd sometime between 2 weeks and 2 months depending on volume.
