Artist at Work Sessions, perfect for artists, musicians, and creative folk, are designed to capture the spirit of your work, with an emphasis on photographing the process of bringing your ideas to life, a portrait session, and a styled shoot that highlights your work. Each Artist at Work session is custom quoted, tell me a little bit more about what you're looking for and how we can bring those ideas to life. {Pictured: Shannon Butler from Kilnhouse Studio.}

How We Roll! : Once I get your email. I'll respond back within 48 hours - if you don't hear back from me, I didn't get your email - please try again! There are some kinks that are being worked out via the contact form still. I'll email or call you back after I get your inquiry, and we'll choose a shoot date. Outdoor sessions normally take place either in the early morning (around sunrise) or the early evening (around sunsetish.) Sometime before your session, after your date is set, nonrefundable retainer is paid, and we've decided upon location, I'll send you a prep package - it's customized for you, and includes tons of information about what to wear, what we do if it rains, and how awesome you are (because you are) - and my standard portrait contract. Once our session date arrives, we have a blast for about an hour, and then I take your photos home and enter them into my workflow for editing. Editing can take up to 6-8 weeks, depending on time of year and volume, but is usually done much sooner. Once editing is finished, I'll upload your images to a downloadable gallery, where you can choose your favourites and upgrade your package if you so desire. ~Sometime~ after our session, I send out little sunshine-filled thank you snail mail packs, that include some of my recycled matte postcards, and a heartfelt thank you from me to you - thank you for supporting the arts in Chilliwack!
